Strahan Coleman
Strahan Coleman is a writer, award-winning musician, and pray-er with a desire to help others grow deeper in communion with God. Through his ministry, Commoners Communion, he speaks particularly to young adults about the beauty and possibilities of connecting deeply with God. He is also the author of the new book, Beholding.

Jess Lovatt
Jess has been a worship leader and youth pastor for 10+ years. She also leads a mean barn dance and music set. Northgate Baptist is her home church but Jess’ gift in communication means that she also has a growing calling to speak at Easter camp and KB as she inspires others to expect the work of the Holy Spirit in youth ministry and in their young people.

Luke Kaa-Morgan
Luke has been a youth pastor and advocate throughout New Zealand. He brings 20+ years in pastoral ministry within local Baptist churches and Manatū Iriiri Māori. He is an inspiring worship leader and speaker who cares deeply about the future of rangatahi in Aotearoa.

Dan Gray
Dan is a long-time youth worker, pastor and a father of three beautiful boys. He works as the General Manager for the Springboard Youth Trust, supporting young people at risk. “Each young person needs to know where they belong so they know where they’re going.” Dan is highly passionate about people finding their rhythm in God, going on a journey with Him and working on the barriers.

Ethan Miller
Ethan has recently been appointed to the National Youth Catalyst Role for the Baptist Union. He has been a youth worker for 13 years as a volunteer, 24-7 Youth worker, and youth pastor. Ethan is passionate about seeing young people encounter and be transformed by the love of Jesus.

Terms and Conditions
(PLEASE READ ALL CONDITIONS: It will save you and us time)
Our terms and conditions are intended to ensure the financial viability of King's Birthday Weekend—now and in the future—and to deal fairly with attendees. They are also designed to keep everyone as safe as possible.
Bookings
Please register people as a group, (you can edit up until closing date) it makes our systems so much easier. In other words if you are the team leader, please register your group; do not pass the link on for them to do it.
Payments of Invoices
ALL REGISTRATION PAYMENTS ARE TO PAID IN FULL TWO DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT
Registrations will close on Monday the 29th of May at 5.00pm
Additions cancellations and replacements, up until Monday the 29th of May.
1) If you want to add anyone else after your initial registering of people (you will be sent an invoice for these people at the time), you can do so, then you will be sent another invoice for any additions that you need to pay
2) You can cancel a registration, it will not change your invoice so please pay your initial invoice and we will refund you after camp. Please email us you have done this
3) You can replace someone but we will have to do that manually for you.
Cancellation by King's Birthday Training Organisers
If at any time prior to King's Birthday weekend, It is necessary to cancel or abandon the weekend for reasons beyond our control (for example, but not limited to: natural disaster, pandemic, disruption to essential supplies, Government or Local Authority decree) the following terms will be applied to fees paid by individuals or churches:
a. Fees will be retained to pay costs already committed or paid, or which will inevitably be required to be paid for the supply of goods or services which King's Birthday Weekend is liable
b. Any funds in excess of the amounts necessary for King's Birthday Weekend to discharge its committed financial obligations will be returned to the person or church who made the payment.
c. King's Birthday weekend training has the discretion to make fair and reasonable estimates of its fixed and committed costs in calculating a refund.
d. There will be no refund if cancellation or abandonment becomes necessary after the weekend has started
e. King's Birthday weekend will endeavor to refund any money as soon as is practicable
COVID-19 Protocols
a. If someone has any form of Covid or flu symptoms (or is awaiting a Covid test result), please do not let them come to King's Birthday Weekend.
b. Unfortunately, if someone does develop Covid symptoms, they—and their close contacts—will need to leave the Event.
