OUR SERVICES
The Association offers ongoing Coach training and specific events to up skill pastors and ministry staff. These include workshops on governance, finance and administration.
COACHING
The Association introduced Coach training six years ago and now has trained over 75 pastors and ministry leaders in a Christian coaching model. Coaching is a structured questioning approach that leaves the responsibility for deciding on action steps with the coachee. It is for healthy people wanting to improve their performance. The three-day course equips leaders to carry out structured coaching sessions. It also provides good questioning skills that can be used in all of life.

TRAINING
At least once a year, in conjunction with the Baptist Union, the Association runs finance workshops for new church treasurers. See elsewhere for the date for the next workshop.
