The Northern Association exists to enable healthy Church life. We recognise the role of a pastor or a ministry leader is complex with a wide range of issues presenting often at once. Personal support is offered through the Regional Consultant or by linking people up with other suitable pastors or leaders nearby.
Conflict and change in the life of a church
W. Edwards Deming said there are two basic rules of life: "Change is inevitable" and "Everybody resists change". Whilst the God we worship does not change, the way we do life, faith and church is constantly changing. And with change often comes discomfort and conflict. Our Church Ministry Coach is available to work with congregations and church leaders who want to resolve historical or current conflicts in ways that honour Christ and restore healthy unity.
